2-Liter Easter Basket
Go “green” with this Easter basket by reusing 2-liter pop bottles. This is a great Easter craft for classrooms! Have an adult do the cutting and let the kid’s create his or her own DIY Easter basket!
- 2-Liter Plastic Bottle, empty and cleaned
- X-Acto™ Knife
- Craft Foam
- Chenille Stems
- Use the X-Acto™ knife to carefully cut the top off of the 2-liter bottle. We found it easiest to use a permanent marker to lightly mark where to cut.
- Cut a handle out of paper, ribbon, craft foam or chenille stems. Use a stapler to staple the handle to the plastic bottle.
- Use stickers, ribbons, craft foam etc. to decorate.
