- Green Tulle
- Green Ribbon

Instructions
- Unfold the orange napkin and wrap around the twist pop.
- Tie the piece of tulle to secure the napkin in place. Trim the excess napkin.
- Tie the green ribbon around the tulle. Print, cut out, and adhere the tag to the carrot.
